The theme of video creation contest is "WE ARE IN 粤海"

本次视频创作大赛的主题为： "WE ARE IN 粤海"

The video is intended to highlight the happiness taking place in the Yuehai Sub-District.

大赛创作视频旨在展现创作者在粤海街道生活、学习和工作的精彩，多角度表现粤海之美，抒发你作为一个“粤海人”所拥有的那份自豪感。

4. Eligibility 参赛资格

The video contest is open to the general public. Entry can be as an individual or a team. A single person/team can only submit one video. One single person can only participate in one team.

活动主要面向但不限于在粤海街道辖区内的个人、团体以及相关机构。凡认同活动规则，作品符合活动主题的个人、团体及机构均可参加。

5. Video Requirements 作品要求

The video must be submitted with a creation description, in Chinese or English, within 300 words, and indicate the shooting location (video must be shot in the Yuehai Sub-District).

视频需附上300字以内中文或者英文创作说明，并注明拍摄地点（视频作品需要在粤海街道辖区内拍摄）。

The subject of the video is not limited, it can be a special interview, micro-documentary, etc. It should be focused on showing "my impression of Yuehai", "my life experiences in Yuehai", "my favorite Yuehai", etc.

视频拍摄体裁不限，可以采用专题采访、微纪录片等。重在展示“我的粤海印象”、“我与粤海的缘分”、“我喜爱的粤海”等。

The language of the video is not limited. If there is any narration or dialogue content, subtitles must be provided (Bilingual subtitles providing would be appreciated).

视频语言不限，如有旁白或对话内容，需配字幕（外语部分需配双语字幕）。

If there is a soundtrack, it should be coordinated with the video content. The video should be relevant to the contest and should not be an attempt to use the contest to advertise for the entrant or a third party. The video duration should not exceed 3 minutes.

如有配乐，应与内容相协调。不能插入商业广告，时长不超过3分钟。

The video format should be in standard formats such as MP4, MPG, MOV, etc. The recommended video ratio is 16:9, with a resolution of 1920*1080, and the video size is limited to 300MB.

视频格式可采用MP4、MPG、MOV等标准格式，视频比例为横屏16:9，视频分辨率建议为1920*1080，视频大小限制在300MB以内。

6. How to Enter 活动参与

Scan the QR code below to sign up for the contest. Click the upload (UL) button, fill in the brief registration information, and upload your video to complete the registration. The same entrant (individual, group, or institution) can only submit one video.

活动参与者需扫描下图二维码，点击上传按钮，填写简要报名信息并上传视频，方可完成报名。同一个报名主体（个人、团体或者机构）仅限投递一份作品。

7. Prizes 奖项设置

1st place: 1000 yuan equivalent prize + Certificate

2nd place: 500 yuan equivalent prize+ Certificate

3rd place: 100 yuan equivalent prize+ Certificate

一等奖，奖励价值1000元奖品+获奖证书

二等奖，奖励价值500元奖品+获奖证书

三等奖，奖励价值100元奖品+获奖证书

8. Rules and Regulations 活动规则

The video must not contain material that is obscene, defamatory, libelous, pornographic, offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence or violates any law. Videos must be appropriate for viewing by the general public and by the multicultural international community.

参赛作品需内容积极向上，符合社会主义核心价值观。不得涉及色情、暴力、宗教与种族歧视等内容，不能与法律法规相抵触。

By entering the contest, each entrant warrants and represents that the entry video submitted is his/her own original work created by the entrant.

参赛作品均需为原创作品，且在本期活动进行期间所创作，严禁剽窃、转载、抄袭，不得植入广告，不存在知识产权争议。

The hosts do not assume responsibility or liability for any video or portion thereof, or for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the use or dissemination of any video submitted in this contest.

团队提交作品之版权和着作权等相关事宜，由报名表上填的“申报人”负责。提交作品必须由“申报人”原创，“申报人”应确认拥有作品的着作权，主办方不承担任何权益纠纷。

The hosts and judges reserve the right to remove any entries from the competition that they feel may breach any of the contest rules, or the terms and conditions, or may bring the contest into disrepute. Such entries will be disqualified. The same entry submitted by multiple people is not permitted. The same entry that is discovered to have been submitted by multiple people will be disqualified.

如若出现任何权益纠纷，主办方保留取消其参与活动资格、追回奖项权利，并追究对主办方权益的侵害的权利。多人同时申报的同一作品如果获奖，请自行沟通协调，达成一致意见后向主办方提交共同签字的奖品说明。
